I’m using GoodbyDPI version 2.2 on Windows 8.1

While I can connect on many sites blocked by my ISP, some websites still remain out of reach.
Example:
Rarbg.to

There maybe others but these are the ones I couldn’t connect with normal mode and with DNSredirect mode.

I can access these sites when I connect to VPN.

Can anything be done to resolve this issue ?

Well, these websites are probably blocked by IP ranges. You can check that by pinging the addresses.
